WFS INSPIRE BPL Ludwigsburger Straße Ost III — Expansion and amendment

WFS service of the urban development plan “Ludwigsburger Straße Ost III — Expansion and Change” of the city of Freiberg am Neckar, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.内卡河畔弗赖贝格市城市发展规划"路德维希堡大街东III区——扩建与改造"对应的网络要素服务（Web Feature Service，WFS），以版本5.0的XPlanung数据集为基础，并依据欧盟空间信息基础设施（Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community，INSPIRE）规范完成了数据转换。
