This coverage was created as part of an Ohio Capability Analysis Program Tax Project in cooperation with the Hancock County Auditor's Office Soil mapping units can be used in environmental analyses, erosion analyses, land use planning, etc. They can be used to map many associated variables such as pH, depth to seasonal high water table, and slope.
