Transcriptome analysis of rice

The aim of this study was to screen genes associated with the traits of sword leaf and stem in rice.There are 12 samples in total, which can be divided into 2 groups of materials, including 6 samples of sword leaves and 6 samples of stem.Each group of materials can be divided into 3 control groups, and each control group 2 material has extreme character values respectively.
