Antidepressant effect of the ethanol leaf extract of Alafia barteri in stressed mice

The antidepressant effect of the ethanol leaf extract of <em>Alafia barteri </em>in mice was compared with a standard antidepressant drug and a non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug using behavioural assessment models: the forced swim test,tail suspension test and the open field test.本研究以小鼠为实验对象，采用强迫游泳试验、悬尾试验及旷场试验三种行为学评价模型，对比<em>Alafia barteri</em>叶乙醇提取物与标准抗抑郁药物、非甾体抗炎药的抗抑郁作用。
