资源简介:
This dataset contains the complete raw data underlying the results reported in the associated manuscript investigating the reproductive toxicity and intergenerational aging effects induced by paternal exposure to decabromodiphenyl ethane (DBDPE) in mice. The Excel file compiles individual-level and group-level raw measurements obtained from male mice orally exposed to DBDPE at doses of 0, 0.01, 0.1, 1, and 10 mg/kg body weight/day for 6 months, as well as phenotypic and molecular data collected from their offspring. Specifically, the dataset includes sperm quality parameters, fertility outcomes (including litter size), lifespan and aging-related phenotypes in offspring, and molecular readouts relevant to epigenetic regulation and proteostasis. Where applicable, data are organized by exposure group, sex, tissue type, and experimental replicate.
