WFS service of the “Halde – 5th Amendment” urban development plan of the municipality of Oberstenfeld, which was transformed into INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.本数据集为奥伯斯滕费尔德（Oberstenfeld）市镇“哈尔德——第五次修订版”城市发展规划的WFS（Web要素服务），该服务基于5.0版XPlanung数据集转换而来，并已符合INSPIRE（欧盟空间信息基础设施倡议，Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community）标准。
