This dataset contains the beta decay and electron capture (Local) rates for class 3 nuclei. Class 3 contains nuclides, where our (pn-QRPA) model computes several parent excited states with energies up to 1 MeV. In class 3 nuclides, combined GT strength distributions of the parent ground and multiple excited states have been replaced for all subsequent levels in the parent nucleus. We refer to class 3 as localized Brink Axcel (LBA) hypothesis.
