CFI - chrorophyll fluorescence induction The experiment included zinnia plants, which were planted in pots and divided into four groups. The first group (V1) was irrigated with water at the rate of 100 ml/kg of soil, the second (V2) – 300 ml/kg of soil, the third group (V3) – without irrigation, the fourth group – 500 ml/kg (V4). The watering was performed every day. Before the start of the experiment, all plants were watered equally. At the end of the experiment, some of the plants died, so very few measurements were made in three groups (V3) in the last days of the experiment. The measurements of CFI took place over two weeks in laboratory conditions (a total of 9 measurement series). At the same time, the temperature in the laboratory was maintained within 22-26°C. An hour before the measurement, the plants were placed in the shade, which allowed reducing the dark adaptation time of the plants before measuring the CFI from 15 min to 4 min. The CFI was measured using four CFI sensors developed at the V.M. Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The sensors measured the change in CFI over a period of 5 minutes. The soil temperature, pH, and moisture were measured using a KC-300 soil analyzer. Categorical soil moisture values obtained using the device were converted into digital values by replacing the categorical values with the corresponding digital designations (from 1 to 5). The soil parameters in each pot with plants were measured three times in random locations. The obtained values were averaged. Additionally, the temperature and humidity of the air were measured during each measurement of the CFI curve.

CFI(叶绿素荧光诱导,Chlorophyll Fluorescence Induction)。 本实验以盆栽百日草植株为研究对象,将其划分为四组。第一组(V1)以每千克土壤100毫升的水量进行灌溉,第二组(V2)的灌溉量为每千克土壤300毫升,第三组(V3)不施加灌溉,第四组(V4)的灌溉量为每千克土壤500毫升,所有组均每日执行灌溉操作。实验开始前,所有植株均接受等量灌溉。实验末期,部分植株死亡,因此实验最后几日仅能在V3组获取极少量有效测量样本。 CFI测量工作于实验室条件下开展,持续两周,共计9个测量序列。实验期间实验室温度维持在22℃至26℃范围内。测量开始前1小时,将植株置于遮阴环境,可将CFI测量前的植株暗适应时长从15分钟缩短至4分钟。 本实验采用乌克兰国家科学院弗拉基米尔·M·格鲁什科夫控制论研究所研发的四台CFI传感器开展测量,传感器可监测5分钟时长内的CFI动态变化。土壤温度、pH值与湿度参数使用KC-300型土壤分析仪进行测量,将设备输出的分类式土壤湿度值转换为数字值,即以1至5的对应数字标识替换原始分类值。每盆植株的土壤参数均在随机选取的位置开展三次测量,最终取平均值作为该盆的土壤参数结果。此外,在每次CFI曲线测量过程中,同步记录环境空气的温度与湿度数据。
