Background: Test GWAS Data for training and computational benchmaring is often needed. This data set has been generated from real Africa data to try to approximate LD, population structure and site allele spectrum. The data has been de-identified but as further protection of participants we require participants to agree to conditions that they will not attempt to re-identify samples.EGA study EGAS00001007914
