WMS service of the urban development plan “Kirchstrasse/Querstrasse” of the municipality of Heiningen, transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.该数据集为海宁根市（Heiningen）"Kirchstrasse/Querstrasse（基希施特拉斯街/夸尔施特拉斯街）"城市发展规划的网络地图服务（Web Map Service, WMS），其基于5.0版本的XPlanung数据集，并依据欧盟空间信息基础设施（Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community, INSPIRE）规范完成转换。
