Validation of the upgraded EPIC DNA methylation microarray (900K EPIC v2.0) for high-throughput profiling of the human DNA methylome

Technical and biological validation of the new Illumina Infinium HumanMethylationEPIC version 2.0 microarray. Primary normal and tumor tissues and cancer cell lines from different sources were hybridized with the Illumina Infinium HumanMethylationEPIC version 1.0 and version 2.0 to test the robustness of the new version.
