Building plan Wandsbek 29 1st change Hamburg

The Law on the Building Plan Wandsbek 29 of 27 September 1971 (HmbGVBl. P. 200), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 495, 503) is amended as follows:
1. The attached “Appendix to the Ordinance amending the Law on the Building Plan Wandsbek 29” is added to the Act.
2. In § 2, the following point 3 is added:
3. In the commercial area, retail establishments with the exception of mail order establishments are prohibited. The Building Use Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).’
