Insights into the genome diversity of Enterobacter and Klebsiella spp. in Lebanon

The objective of this study is to elucidate the presence of various Enterobacter and Klebsiella species within the Lebanese region, thereby emphasizing their significant impact on public health. Additionally, this research aims to provide comprehensive insights into the genomic characteristics of these bacterial strains, encompassing their resistance profiles, virulence factors, and the mobile genetic elements that contribute to their heightened pathogenic potential.
