TSOTSAGraph: A Linked Open Food Knowledge Graph

TSOTSAGraph is a multimodal food knowledge graph designed for the field of Food Information Engineering. Built on the Open Research Knowledge Graph (ORKG) infrastructure, it enables the semantic organization of African, Asian, and Western food knowledge. TSOTSAGraph integrates heterogeneous data from scientific publications, the USDA Food Composition Database, and FAO reports to support semantic food search, nutritional analysis, and intelligent assistants dedicated to the food domain.TSOTSAGraph 是面向食品信息工程领域的食品知识图谱（food knowledge graph）。该图谱基于开放研究知识图谱（Open Research Knowledge Graph，ORKG）的基础设施构建，可对非洲、亚洲及西方食品知识进行语义化组织。TSOTSAGraph 整合了来自学术出版物、美国农业部食品成分数据库（USDA Food Composition Database）以及联合国粮食及农业组织（Food and Agriculture Organization，FAO）报告的异构数据，能够支撑面向食品领域的语义化食品检索、营养分析以及专用智能助手的相关应用。
