GLP-1 Clinic Cost Report 2026: Published Prices at 3,324 US Medical Weight Loss Clinics

Retail list prices for GLP-1 drugs are widely reported. What patients are actually quoted at a clinic is not, because clinics publish prices one website at a time and nobody collects them. This dataset collects them: 589 published price points from 401 US medical weight loss clinics, with per-state medians and quartiles across 39 states. The national median published price is $200 per month (25th percentile $149, 75th percentile $399, range $50 to $1,500). A price is counted when it is quoted as a monthly or starting-at figure between $50 and $1,500, which excludes single-injection prices and annual program totals. The median is the middle price point rather than the middle clinic, so a clinic advertising several plans contributes several points. State medians are reported only where at least three price points exist; elsewhere the field is empty and nothing is imputed. Clinics are not named. Each observation carries an anonymous clinic reference so repeated prices from one clinic can be grouped, but it does not resolve to a business. The prices themselves are public on each clinic's own website. Published price is not price paid: it excludes insurance, discounts and phone quotes.
