Penaeus vannamei Raw sequence reads

This study aims to investigate the gene expression profile of the hepatopancreas in Penaeus vannamei (Pacific white shrimp) under normal physiological conditions / ferroptosis/ pathogen challenge / ferroptosis folllowed by pathogen challenge. RNA-seq was performed on 3 biological replicates of hepatopancreas tissue using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform with paired-end 150 bp reads. The generated data will provide insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying ferroptosis-mediated immune response in this economically important aquaculture species.
