ATAC-seq and STARR-seq raw read sequence data from Solenopsis invicta

This dataset includes ATAC-seq and STARR-seq data from the fire ant Solenopsis invicta generated to investigate gene regulation associated with different genotypes. ATAC-seq was used to assess chromatin accessibility in worker brains, while STARR-seq was used to characterize enhancer activity from genomic DNA. These data support analyses of genome regulation, structural variation, and regulatory evolution in relation to social organization.
