This article explores the effectiveness of integrating the "SPOC+FC" blended-teaching model with ideological and political education in immunology teaching. The use of teaching methods including establishing SPOC online educational resources, conducting offline flipped classrooms, and exploring the ideological and political elements within the core knowledge system, can help enhance teachers’ teaching effectiveness, students’ learning experience, and stimulate students' interest in immunology knowledge. Teaching practice indicates that this model contributes to achieving the dual educational objectives of imparting knowledge and fostering virtue and cultivating talents.
