Next-generation sequencing of GPR65-overexpressing human HTR-8/SVneo cells

After CTRL and GPR65-overexpressed human HTR-8/SVneo cells were treated with serum-free pH 6.5 and pH 7.6 medium for 24 hours, the key molecules that GPR65 regulates HTR-8/SVneo cells functions can be obtained by transcriptome sequencing and preliminary bioinformatics analysis. The findings of this study could provide a theoretical basis and direction for further research on the role of GPR65 in the function of trophoblast cells.
