This dataset contains experimental data from a study investigating the dose-effect relationship of acupuncture manipulations in a CFA-induced arthritis rat model. The data includes quantitative measurements of lifting-thrusting and twisting manipulations captured via 3D motion tracking technology, behavioral pain assessments (PWT, PWL), immunohistochemistry results (SP, HIS, BK, cAMP), mast cell counts and degranulation rates, and machine learning model outputs correlating manipulation parameters with analgesic effects.
