Compilation/Evaluation of Historical Tsunamis in the Pacific Using the USGS/NEIC Earthquake Data, NOAA/NGDC Tsunami Data, and Imamura-Iida Scale

These data sets are based on an area-by-area study of the Pacific Basin to document historical tsunamis and quantify historical coastal damage both near the source and at far-field locations. An operational modification of the Imamura-Iida Scale is used for this purpose.
