WGS of dumpy mutant of Pristionchus pacificus strain RSB001

In order to establish genetic tools for the diverse strain RSB001, which shows an interesting bordering behaviour, we have generated a morphological dumpy mutantby EMS mutagenesis. This mutant allows us to distinguish self from cross-progeny in this hermaphroditic species. We have sequenced this strain with Illumina technology to reveal the molecular identity of the dumpy locus.
