This dataset contains raw data and W_ij mapping analysis for the LESE (Local Entropic Stability Engine) structural coherence framework applied to six independent nuclear projects. All data is derived exclusively from public sources: NRC ADAMS, STUK/TVO, ONR/EDF, AERB/BHAVINI, SCK-CEN/NEA, SINAP/WNA. CASES INCLUDED:1. NRC Multi-Plant USA — 8 operating PWR/BWR reactors, 2000-2024 (30 NRC findings, ADAMS public)2. Olkiluoto 3 EPR — Construction Finland 2005-2025 (STUK/TVO public reports)3. MYRRHA ADS — Design phase Belgium (SCK-CEN + NEA peer review documents)4. PFBR India — Construction Kalpakkam 2004-2024 (IGCAR/BHAVINI + WNA)5. Hinkley Point C — Construction UK 2016-2025 (ONR quarterly reports + EDF)6. TMSR-LF1 — Operations China 2011-2025 (SINAP/CAS + Nature + WNA) METHODOLOGY:The LESE framework applies the threshold W* = e^{-1} = 0.36788 — the mathematical fixed point of dW/dt = k(1 + log W) — uniformly across all cases without calibration on these datasets. The mapping function W = exp(-severity/kappa) with kappa = 1.5 is derived from NRC SDP boundary conditions (LESE 2.0 specification, Section 5.2). All W_ij mapping tables are documented per LESE 1.0 protocol. KEY FINDING:Three EPR projects (Flamanville, OL3, HPC) show identical W* breach signature at weld-finding events and cost revision years, with no cross-case calibration. TMSR-LF1 shows all-GREEN throughout 15 years of operation. PFBR India shows recovery to W = 0.737 at first criticality (July 2024).
