Bipolar Disorder (BP)

This dataset contains diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) scans from 52 patients with type 1 bipolar disorder and 45 healthy controls. During the preprocessing phase, distortion correction and noise filtering were applied to the images, and the brain was parcellated into 82 regions based on the FreeSurfer-derived parcellation. This dataset involves a total of 97 participants and is designed for neuroimaging analysis tasks focused on disease prediction.
