资源简介:
Summary: The s-RSA proposes the future spatial policy of the city of Antwerp. This policy consists of a generic or city wide vision and an active or project-based approach. The generic policy can be described as follows: · The generic policy is structured in seven images: water city, eco-city, port city, rail, porous city, villages and metropole and megastad. These images together form the collective memory of the city’s inhabitants and visitors. · From a generic approach, strategic policy means prioritising a number of goals, structured along the lines of the city, which in turn define strategic selections and measures. These selections form the basis for the selection cards. · The images of the city constitute the reference framework to be taken into account by any project relating to Antwerp. This framework is structured by rules based on each picture. Since the generic rules cover the entire territory of the city, the active policy (the spaces, programmes and projects) is also geared towards this. The picture of the ‘villages and metropole’ is one of the seven images within the s-RSA. This image is divided into a few sub-images: police centre city, heritage, living, working and recreation. In the sub-view of “villages and metropole – works”, the spatial structural plan does not directly aim at formulating an economic policy, but the spatial structural plan can be seen as complementary to development policies and can help and guide sustainable growth by supporting a number of “good relationships” to discourage some others. The objectives to achieve this vision are: preserving historical clusters, strengthening the economic role of trade and business, enabling new growth sectors and attracting innovative activities. The selections were made on the basis of two models: clusters and models. Resulting in clusters of business parks and softening areas, residential activity, mobilising empty land and reorganising residual land, brownfield reuse, new businesses, new office sites and retail areas Doel: Visualisation of the selection map 06D_works of the sRSA, The delineations are not hard borders, and can be further specified in the implementation process. The selection map is not a zoning plan or land use plan. The card does not confirm or deny any building rights Creation: The selection cards are the result of the conversion of the seven pictures from the city into Shape format. The autocad cards and the corresponding grids were used as a basis for this purpose. The signature was made using the large scale basic map of the city of Antwerp.
