Transcriptomic profiling of NSCLC cells with FOSL1 knockdown under camptothecin treatment

This project explores the role of FOSL1 in regulating the transcriptional response of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells to camptothecin (CPT), a topoisomerase I inhibitor. A549 cells transfected with control siRNA (NC) or siFOSL1 were treated with CPT (30 nM, 6 h), followed by RNA sequencing. Each group contained three biological replicates.
