GEDI data of lowland intact tropical forests

GEDI L4A-derived aboveground biomass (AGB) estimates, aggregated based on footprint level data at 2.5 x 2.5 km grid cells, covering lowland intact tropical forests in the Amazon, Congo, and Southeast Asia in 2020, alongside climatic, topographic and soil data. Suitable for analyses of environmental drivers of aboveground biomass (AGB) across intact tropical forests. The files include an R code that can be used to open the data and run the models to predict the influences of environmental variables on AGB and a metadata that describes each variable.本数据集基于GEDI L4A产品生成地上生物量（aboveground biomass, AGB）估算结果，以足迹级数据为基础聚合至2.5×2.5公里网格单元。数据集覆盖2020年亚马逊、刚果及东南亚的低地原生热带森林，同步包含气候、地形与土壤相关数据。本数据集适用于开展原生热带森林地上生物量的环境驱动因子相关分析。数据集文件包含可用于加载数据、运行模型以预测环境变量对地上生物量影响的R代码，以及一份描述各变量属性的元数据文件。
