Sequencing data: Fungi, fire and insects: Protea infructescences as reservoirs for fungal biodiversity in fire-prone environments

This is the dataset for a submitted manuscript entitled "Fungi, fire and insects: <em>Protea</em> infructescences as reservoirs for fungal biodiversity in fire-prone environments". The upload contains all forward and reverse paired end .fastq files. The files are already demultiplexed. The metadata.xlsx file contains sample information, gps coordinates, etc.本数据集对应一篇已投稿的学术手稿，该手稿题为《真菌、火焰与昆虫：火频发环境中普罗梯亚木属（Protea）果序作为真菌生物多样性储库》。 本次上传内容包含所有正向与反向配对末端的.fastq格式测序文件，且所有文件均已完成解复用。metadata.xlsx文件中包含样本信息、GPS坐标等相关内容。
