Original codes and sample data from Kim et al. 2023, Neuron, "Whole-brain mapping of effective connectivity by fMRI with cortex-wide patterned optogenetics" (In press). The procedure described here is for generating subject-specific optogenetic stimulus pattern based on Allen mouse brain atlas (https://atlas.brain-map.org/), by coregistration between the Atlas, brain structural MR image and optical fluorescence image from a mouse. The generated patterns are transferred to a digital micromirror device (DMD) and then projected onto a thinned-skull-prepared mouse brain.
本数据集包含Kim等人2023年发表于《Neuron》(《神经元》)的已接收待刊论文《基于全皮层模式化光遗传的fMRI全脑有效连接图谱绘制》的原始代码与样本数据。本文所述流程基于艾伦小鼠脑图谱(Allen Mouse Brain Atlas,配套网址:https://atlas.brain-map.org/),通过对小鼠的脑图谱、结构磁共振成像图像与光学荧光图像进行共配准,生成个体特异性光遗传刺激模式。所生成的刺激模式将被传输至数字微镜器件(Digital Micromirror Device, DMD),并投影至经薄颅预处理的小鼠脑部。
