Register of permits issued for the use of surface water and water bodies under the Water Act

The register shall contain: Order number, competent authority, holder, address, number and date of permit, date of expiry, name/name of water source, settlement, municipality, district, water body code, purpose, number and date of the decision amending the permit, number and date of the decision to extend the permit, the number and date of the decision to suspend the permit, the number and date of the decision to withdraw the permit.
