Mapping somatic retrotransposition events in human brain tumours via retrotransposon capture sequencing

This study reports the mapping of somatic L1 retrotransposition in human glioblastoma. The core data presented are from an updated retrotransposon capture sequencing (RC-seq) protocol, applied to multiple tumors and matched controls. These data follow RC-seq publications by Shukla et al., Cell (2013) and Baillie et al., Nature (2011).
