Dataset of O-RADS MRI Classification and ADC Values in the Characterization of Adnexal Masses

This dataset supports the study entitled "Improving O-RADS Classification with ADC Mapping: Enhanced MRI-Based Characterization of Adnexal Masses."It includes the clinical, imaging, and histopathological data used in the diagnostic evaluation of 116 adnexal masses. The dataset is accompanied by extended materials to ensure methodological transparency and reproducibility. Extended data include: A structured data collection sheet (Fiche_Collecte_ORADS_ADC.xlsx) summarizing clinical information, ADC values, and histopathology An internal guide (Guide_Interpretation_ORADS_ADC.pdf) describing ADC threshold criteria and ROI placement methodology The STARD 2015 checklist for diagnostic accuracy studies All data are anonymized and shared under the Creative Commons Zero (CC0) waiver.本数据集用于支撑题为《基于表观扩散系数（Apparent Diffusion Coefficient, ADC）图谱优化O-RADS分类：提升基于磁共振成像（Magnetic Resonance Imaging, MRI）的附件肿块定性诊断效能》的研究。本数据集涵盖116例附件肿块诊断评估所需的临床、影像及组织病理学数据。为保障研究方法的透明度与可复现性，本数据集配套补充材料，详情如下： 1. 结构化数据采集表（Fiche_Collecte_ORADS_ADC.xlsx）：汇总临床信息、ADC值及组织病理学结果； 2. 内部解读指南（Guide_Interpretation_ORADS_ADC.pdf）：阐明ADC阈值标准与感兴趣区域（Region of Interest, ROI）的勾画方法； 3. 诊断准确性研究专用STARD 2015报告清单； 所有数据均已完成匿名化处理，并基于Creative Commons Zero（CC0）协议开放共享。
