Data and code for recruitment phenology of *Parilaternula certa* across benthic and plankton observation windows

This dataset contains data and analysis code supporting a study of recruitment phenology in the tidal-flat bivalve Parilaternula certa from Siangshan Wetland, Taiwan. The archive includes shell-length measurements, R scripts for ELEFAN growth modelling, candidate evaluation, bootstrap uncertainty propagation and cohort-entry reconstruction, DADA2 ASV inference code, focal P. certa ASV sequences and sample counts, target-specific taxonomic assignment results, and sample- and month-level metabarcoding denominators. Raw metabarcoding reads are available under NCBI BioProject PRJNA1508317, and sequence accession numbers are reported in the associated manuscript. Community-level taxonomic assignments unrelated to the focal P. certa analysis are outside the scope of this archive.
