Silene latifolia cultivar:K line Raw sequence reads

Whole genomes and transcriptomes sequencing of deletion mutants of the species Silene latifolia generated by carbon ion beams with linear energy transfer. The deletion mutants permit to study the response of the single homolog expression when the other homolog is deleted. This approach is particularly relevant to study the evolution of the dosage compensation in sex chromosomes, notably by looking the expression response of a X-linked gene immediately after the Y-linked homolog deletion.
