Reviving Hemp: Evaluation of hemp genetic resources (Cannabis sativa) in France (2024)

This record contains two complementary datasets generated within the Reviving Hemp activities, evaluating hemp (Cannabis sativa) genetic resources in France in 2024. The trial was led by INRAE as part of the Horizon Europe LiveSeeding project (T1.1 Dynamic Management of Plant Genetic Resources). HEMP_INRAE_2024_1 – Phenological, leaf morphology and cannabinoid characterisation of hemp accessions contains data on plant emergence, flowering, sex expression, leaf and petiole morphology, and cannabinoid composition, including individual and total potential cannabinoid contents. HEMP_INRAE_2024_2 – Morphological characterisation of hemp stem, fiber and shiv traits contains data on plant and stem morphology, fiber characteristics, hemp shiv traits, fiber and shiv weights, and plant sex.
