Pace-Standardized Lifespan (PSL) dataset and analysis code (n=28 mammals)

This deposition is an earlier exploratory version (n=28 species) of a dataset and analysis code for pace-standardized lifespan (PSL) in mammals. It includes body mass, maximum lifespan, PSL values, R scripts for OLS/PGLS/ANOVA analyses, and a 100-tree posterior subset sampled with set.seed(1) from the Upham et al. (2019) mammalian phylogeny (Dryad: DOI 10.5061/dryad.tb03d03). This record is retained as a provenance snapshot. The project has since been expanded to a 953-species canonical dataset with a 901-species tree-matched PGLS inference.
