Asparagus officinalis whole genome sequencing with MinION

Asparagus officinalis (garden asparagus) is a perennial and dioecious crop, and its genome structure is complicated. The goal of this study is to provide more data of A. officinalis genome. This can promote analysis of A. officinalis genes and thereby can promote improvement of agronomical traits of A. officinalis.
