z-scan of amorphous TiO2 thin films

The nonlinear properties of amorphous TiO2 thin film have been investigated through z-scan method. The thin film was subjected to femtosecond laser irradiation (35 fs, 800 nm, 1 kHz, 83 mJ/cm2). We noticed qualitative and quantitative modification of the nonlinear refractive index and nonlinear absorption coefficient.
本研究通过z扫描(z-scan)方法,对非晶态二氧化钛(TiO₂)薄膜的非线性光学特性展开了探究。该薄膜接受了参数为35飞秒、800纳米、1千赫兹、83毫焦每平方厘米的飞秒激光辐照。本研究观测到非线性折射率(nonlinear refractive index)与非线性吸收系数(nonlinear absorption coefficient)发生了定性与定量的变化。
