The Influence of Servant Leadership on the Performance of the Association of Wives of Veterans of The Republic of Indonesia (PIVERI)

This dataset supports the study on "The Influence of Servant Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Organizational Performance within PIVERI (Persatuan Isteri Veteran Republik Indonesia)". The data were collected through anonymous questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS. The project aims to explore the relationships between servant leadership practices, organizational culture, and performance outcomes in a social organization context.
