Source Data and Code - Nonlinear thinking in ecology and evolution: applying the threshold elemental ratio across levels of ecological organization

Data and R code have been made available to generate Figures 3-5. Data generated from the literature review can be found in 'Lit_review_DB_Jan_26.xlsx' and code to generate Figure 3 using this data can found in 'control_points_lr_plots.R'. Written out meta-data and procedure for literature review are found in 'lit_review_metadata_jan_26_2024.docx'. All analyses to recreate Figures 4 & 5 use 'chemostatModel_analyses_figures.R'.
