The California Environmental Reporting System was developed by CalEPA to support the reporting of information by regulated businesses and Certified Unified Program Agencies (CUPAs) pertaining to hazardous materials and hazardous waste throughout the state. This dataset is updated nightly from the CalEPA Regulated Site Portal. More information regarding this dataset can be found here. CalEPA Regulated Site Portal Updated 10/4/2023.
