Target sequencing of multiple species from Cactaceae

We developed a probe set, named Cactaceae591, targeting coding and noncoding nuclear regions for representatives from the subfamilies Pereskioideae, Opuntioideae, and Cactoideae. Our aim was to provide informative nuclear regions to perform phylogenetic studies at family and species level.
