Yeast PPI structural models

Each file in this zip file is a protein-protein interaction structural model (either co-crystal structure or homology model) in PDB format. The order of two UniProt IDs in each file name corresponds to the order of chains in the file content. For example, in PDB file "pdbQ99189=P32835.ent", chain A corresponds to protein with UniProt ID "Q99189", and chain B corresponds to protein with UniProt ID "P32835".该压缩包中的每个文件均为PDB格式（Protein Data Bank）的蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用结构模型，包含共晶结构与同源建模模型两类。每个文件名内的两个UniProt ID（Universal Protein Resource Identifier）的排序，与文件内容中两条多肽链的顺序一一对应。例如，在PDB格式文件"pdbQ99189=P32835.ent"中，A链对应UniProt ID为"Q99189"的蛋白质，B链对应UniProt ID为"P32835"的蛋白质。
