Oplismenus foliar endophytes

Oplismenus undulatifolius is an invasive perennial grass introduced to the eastern United States where it colonizes disturbed forest understory. This data set provides the first information about the foliar endophytic communities associated with this invasion. As a contrast to the recently introduced Oplismenus, amplicon sequences are provided from an established, widespread invader, Microstegium vimineum.
