Next-generation sequencing of transcriptome in Malayan pangolin

This study aimed to produce a valuable resource for further investigation of Manis javanica. We collected four adult healthy female Manis javanica. Digestive organs or tissues were consisting of tongue, salivary glands, stomach, pancreas, large intestine and liver. A total of 12 samples were subjected to RNA extraction using RNAiso Pure RNA Isolation Kit (TaKaRa, Japan), including tongue (No. T01), salivary glands (No. T02), stomach (No. T03, T04), pancreas (No.T05, T06), large intestine (No.T07, T08), liver (No.T09, T10, T11, T12).
