Natixis Insurance – Solidarity leave

Natixis Assurances offers volunteer employees solidarity leave with Planète Urgence. The employee (in CDI) gives 10 days off, Natixis Assurances finances the plane ticket (< EUR 1500) and the mission (EUR 2300). It is the association Planète Urgence that manages the solidarity mission: proposal of missions, registration via the internet, selection of volunteers, training of volunteers, plane tickets, on-site contact... At the end of the mission, Planète Urgence issues a tax receipt of the amount paid by Natixis Assurances which can be deducted from corporate tax up to 60 %.纳蒂西斯保险（Natixis Assurances）与紧急星球协会（Planète Urgence）合作，为员工推出志愿服务互助休假福利项目。 持有无固定期限劳动合同（CDI）的员工可享受10天志愿服务休假额度，纳蒂西斯保险将承担往返机票（金额低于1500欧元）及志愿服务项目经费（2300欧元）。 本次互助志愿服务项目由紧急星球协会全权运营管理，涵盖项目征集、线上报名、志愿者遴选、志愿者培训、机票统筹及现场对接等全流程环节。 志愿服务项目结束后，紧急星球协会将为纳蒂西斯保险开具对应支付金额的税务收据，该款项可按最高60%的比例抵扣企业所得税。
