PHIDU - Child and Youth Health (PHA) 2010-2015

This dataset, released March 2018, contains children and youth health statistics based on Children fully immunised at 1 year of age, 2 years of age and 5 years of age, 2015; HPV vaccine coverage: females aged 15 years in mid-2015, who received Dose 3 of the vaccine by 2017; HPV vaccine coverage: males aged 15 years in mid-2015, who received Dose 3 of the vaccine by 2017; Infant deaths, 2010 to 2014; Child mortality: Deaths of children aged 1 to 4 years, 2010 to 2014; Youth mortality: Deaths of persons aged 15 to 24 years, 2010 to 2014. The data is by Population Health Area (PHA) 2016 geographic boundaries based on the 2016 Australian Statistical Geography Standard (ASGS).\n\n[Population Health Areas](http://phidu.torrens.edu.au/help-and-information/about-our-data/geographical-structures/pha-overview), developed by PHIDU, are comprised of a combination of whole SA2s and multiple (aggregates of) SA2s, where the SA2 is an area in the ABS structure.\n\nFor more information please see the [data source notes](http://www.phidu.torrens.edu.au/current/data/sha-aust/notes/phidu_data_sources_notes.pdf) on the data. \n\nSource: Compiled by PHIDU based on data provided by the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register, MedicareAustralia, 2015; the National HPV Vaccination Program Register (NHVPR), February 2018; the ABS Census Estimated Resident Population (ERP) 2015; and deaths data based on the 2010 to 2014 Cause of Death Unit Record Files supplied by the Australian Coordinating Registry and the Victorian Department of Justice, on behalf of the Registries of Births, Deaths and Marriages and the National Coronial Information System.\n\n AURIN has spatially enabled the [original data](https://phidu.torrens.edu.au/social-health-atlases/data#social-health-atlas-of-australia-population-health-areas). 本数据集于2018年3月发布，涵盖基于以下统计指标的儿童与青少年健康统计数据：2015年分别在1岁、2岁及5岁时完成全程免疫的儿童人数；2015年中期年满15岁的女性中，至2017年完成疫苗第三剂接种的HPV疫苗接种覆盖率；2015年中期年满15岁的男性中，至2017年完成疫苗第三剂接种的HPV疫苗接种覆盖率；2010至2014年的婴儿死亡数；2010至2014年1至4岁儿童死亡数（儿童死亡率）；2010至2014年15至24岁人群死亡数（青少年死亡率）。

本数据采用基于2016年澳大利亚统计地理标准（Australian Statistical Geography Standard, ASGS）的2016年人口健康区（Population Health Area, PHA）地理边界进行统计。

由PHIDU开发的[人口健康区](http://phidu.torrens.edu.au/help-and-information/about-our-data/geographical-structures/pha-overview)由完整的澳大利亚统计局（Australian Bureau of Statistics, ABS）二级统计区（SA2）及多个SA2的聚合区域组成。

本数据集由PHIDU基于以下来源的数据汇编而成：澳大利亚儿童免疫登记系统、澳大利亚医疗保险（MedicareAustralia）2015年数据；2018年2月发布的国家HPV疫苗接种项目登记系统（National HPV Vaccination Program Register, NHVPR）；澳大利亚统计局2015年人口普查估计常住人口（Census Estimated Resident Population, ERP）数据；以及由澳大利亚协调登记处及维多利亚州司法部代表出生、死亡与婚姻登记总局及全国尸检信息系统提供的2010至2014年死因单元记录文件对应的死亡数据。
