Qualitative data from French Alpine Interpreted landscapes

The dataset contain several qualitative data from 2 French Alpine interpreted landscapes: The Bauges Massif Geopark and the Communittee of Municipality la Vallée de Chamonix-Mont-Blanc (CCVCMB). Specifically, the data come from 2 geotrails (Tannes et Glacières and Maitre de Mont Déserté), 1 trail experience (Aventure Climatique) and one intepretive center (Glaciorium). the data come from 5 different sources: Interpretive panels, Direct observation, Technologies, Supplementary materials, and Expert interviews. The data are both in text, image, audio, and video format. These data were collected to conduct a study aiming to understand: 1) The importance of the geotrails and the interpretive centers in the mountain interpreted landscapes; 2) the importance and the development of the participatory approaches in the selected case study areas; 3) the importance and the integration of the popular and indigenous knowledge with the scientific knowledge during the geological, geomorphological, and cultural popularization.
