Supplementary Materials – Process Mapping Blueprint for BPM Education

This deposit provides the supplementary materials used in the development and validation of an educational Blueprint for undergraduate Business Process Management (BPM) courses. The materials support process mapping education grounded in Project-Based Learning (PBL) and the integration of three next-generation BPM drifts: Conversationality, Autonomization, and Sophistication. The ZIP file includes:– A protocol for prospective validation using focus groups– Three interview role guides (interviewer, evaluator, and process manager)– Process characterization frameworks and modeling exercises– A quiz and classroom activity for introductory BPM concepts These resources were designed to support transparency, reproducibility, and pedagogical innovation in BPM education.
