Description This dataset contains all inspections conducted by the Department of Building and Housing from 2015 to present. Inspections are required for various permit records, including: Prior to placing concrete for foundation footers, concrete slabs, and garage foundations Prior to backfilling for waterproofing and drain tile Prior to covering or concealing insulation, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work Prior to covering up rough framing Final inspection and Certificate of Occupancy All exterior demolition activity For more information about the City of Cleveland's Building & Housing permitting regulations and resources, visit this page. Data Glossary See the Attributes section below for details about each column in this dataset. Original fields (without the DW prefix) show the unmodified [ward/parcel/etc] as recorded in the source system at the time of collection. DW-prefixed fields are enhanced versions, standardized, validated, or enriched by the data warehouse for easier analysis.
